Clear voice prompts
The Philips HeartStart OnSite Defibrillator uses clear and natural voice instructions — “On-Demand CPR” — to guide users through each step of defibrillation and help them manage the stress of an emergency situation. The voice instructions adapt to the user’s pace and can speed up as needed. As a result, the instructions are timed to the user’s actions every step of the way. The device even reminds users to call emergency medical services (EMS).
High current / low energy therapy
Philips' high-current/low energy therapy ensures a potent defibrillation dose, while minimizing side effects that are harmful to a fragile heart.
Each Philips HeartStart OnSite Defibrillator goes through a 120-point test before it leaves the factory.
Daily self checks
On location, the OnSite Defibrillator automatically conducts self tests every day to give you better peace of mind that your equipment is ready for an emergency. (Most defibrillators conduct self tests only once a week.) The device performs more than 80 different self tests in all. Even the pads are tested for readiness!
